Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for a return. This includes costumes, wigs, masks, and makeup.
All seasonal and holiday items, including all Halloween-themed products, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Please include your order number with the return to help us process it efficiently. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will require photos of the item and its packaging. We will either issue a refund or ship a replacement, and you do not need to return the damaged goods. For incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Lost Packages:
If your package tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your building’s front desk. If the package is still missing, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds for lost packages will be issued only after the carrier’s investigation is complete.
